Our Approach
Solivita is a senior living home where peace, purpose, and connection come together under one roof. Our founder chose the name (sun + life) to reflect what elevated assisted living can look like when every detail is intentionally curated to make each day full of life.
With a maximum of six residents, the level of personalized care here is something larger facilities simply cannot provide. The space was designed to be both accessible and comfortable, because the home should reflect the same intention as the care.

Sage-green walls and natural light set a fresh, grounding tone in this front-facing suite with lush views that bring the outdoors in.
Del Mar
Bold and boutique. A striking navy accent wall anchors this suite near the kitchen and dining area, with a spacious walk-in closet for extra storage.
The Cove
Warm earth tones and a thoughtful layout give this suite a quiet, tucked-away feel. En suite access to the Jack & Jill bath keeps everything close and private.
La Jolla
Soft sky-blue walls and natural corner light make this the airiest room in the house.
Torrey Pines (Shared Suite)
The crown jewel. This oversized suite opens onto the backyard with a private full bath, double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and electric fireplace.
FAQ
What type of care does Solivita provide?
Solivita is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in California. We provide non-medical residential care including 24/7 supervision, medication management, daily living assistance, meals, housekeeping, and enrichment activities. We are not a medical facility and we do not provide nursing care.
Who is Solivita right for?
We serve ambulatory adults ages 60 and older who benefit from daily companionship, structured support, and personalized care plans in a safe home environment. Solivita is designed for aging in place, providing the support residents need while respecting their independence. We do not currently accept residents with advanced dementia.
How many residents live at Solivita?
A maximum of six. Our intentionally small community allows us to provide truly individualized care with a 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio that large facilities cannot match.
What does the monthly cost include?
Our all-inclusive monthly rate covers personalized care, 24/7 supervision, three chef-prepared meals daily, medication management, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and all comfort amenities. Pricing is based on an initial care needs assessment.
